Safety – At Community Glass, you can be sure your vehicle is in good hands! The condition of your vehicle’s windshield and windows directly affects driving safety. Our staff of professionally trained installers will ensure that the correct products are used and that installation procedures are followed meticulously.
Insurance – We bill your insurance directly for glass replacement and repair. For a replacement, your cost will be limited to your comprehensive deductible. Most insurance carriers will waive your deductible for a repair!
Warranty – Auto glass is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. Community Glass does not cover damage caused by preexisting conditions such as rust on the pinch weld which may cause leaks or body damage which may cause stress cracks.
Repair Disclaimer – When we repair your windshield, we are starting with broken glass. Repairs are most successful when the effected area is new, small, and dry. Although it does not happen often, an attempted repair can result in the chip or crack becoming larger. If this happens, you will not be charged for the attempted repair. If a repair spreads after you have been charged, we will credit the cost of the repair towards a replacement windshield. If your insurance provider paid for the repair, they will receive the credit.
